Our first experience in this area was in regard to special purpose finance and treasury companies set-up in Ireland's International Financial Services Centre from 1988 onwards.

We also manage SPVs established in connection with securitisation deals. We provide a full service for these vehicles, including establishment, administration and management, opening and maintaining bank accounts, paying dividends, providing one or more directors (including independent directors if required); providing place of business, registered office and full company secretarial service.
