John H. Prosser Holds a Bachelor of Commerce
and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Law from University College
Dublin. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants-
Ireland. Since 1989 John has worked extensively in International
Financial Services, particularly structuring cross border
reinsurance and asset finance transactions. He acts as General
Manager of a number of captive reinsurance companies. From
1989 until 2002, John was General Manager of FBD International
Holdings, a subsidiary of FBD Holdings plc. Ronan Gahan Ronan has a strong background in services
industries with extensive experience in International operations
having worked in Ireland, Germany, Hungary and the United
States. Ronan has run specialist teams for deploying quality
systems and other regulatory and corporate compliance projects
in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and FMCG industries.
Ronan holds a degree in Technology Management and an M.B.A.
from the Smurfit Business School in University College, Dublin.
